Terms and Conditions of Service  

“Sucursal a Sucursal” 

These are the Terms and Conditions under which the “Branch to Branch” Service (hereinafter, the “Service”) will be developed and provided. The person wishing to purchase the Service (hereinafter, the “Customer”) acknowledges and agrees that the development and provision of this Service shall be subject solely and exclusively to these Terms and Conditions:   

 

Terms and conditions. 

By contracting this Service you accept and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions issued by Estafeta Mexicana S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “ESTAFETA”).  

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and conditions shall mean:  

  • Customer: Person who purchases the Service.   

  • Additional charges: Insurance (optional), EnBio (optional). Overweight and Unmanageable by band, do not apply since packages over 5 kilograms cannot be operated as a Branch to Branch service.

  • Warranty:Variables to determine delivery times and cost per service purchased, being the following: I) Next Day, II) 1-3 days.   

  • Packing material: Boxes, loose fill, bubble wrap, cinnamon tape.  

  • Supplier: Estafeta.  

  • Service: “Sucursal a Sucursal” Service.  

  • Branch: PEstafeta point of sale.   

2.  Term of the Promotion: The provision of this Service may be subject to change and/or termination without notice.  

3. Description of the promotion: This service applies only with respect to the reception and delivery in participating branches in Mexico City and Metropolitan Zone, such branches and their addresses can be consulted in the following list and document: y document:

Also, a 10% discount will be given on the Packaging Material used in this Service only during July 2024.  

To purchase this Service, the Customer must request the “Branch to Branch” service at the participating Branch of his/her preference. This Service will only be advertised through electronic media.  

The Service applies only and exclusively to the following warranties and kilograms covered:

Covered weight  

Next day  

Up to 1 kilogram   

Ground (1-3 days)  

Up to 5 kilograms   

 

This Service is not cumulative with promotions and/or discounts of Estafeta Branches.  

The provision of this Service may be subject to change and/or termination without prior notice.  

4. Price of the Service: The Price of the Service varies from 90 (NINETY PESOS, 00/100 M.N.) to 100 (ONE HUNDRED PESOS, 00/100 M.N.) pesos depending on the selected warranty. The Service Price does not include the optional Insurance that may be purchased by the Customer.   

The Price of the Service may be subject to monthly changes without prior notice, derived from the increase in the price of fuel.

Suggestions for packing and packaging your products can be found in the packing manual.  The information provided in our manual is not intended to be an accurate guide. Estafeta makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the use of such information.  

6. Applicable Jurisdiction: Any controversy arising from this Service shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and as a complement to the provisions herein, the jurisdiction of the courts and applicable laws of Mexico City shall apply, subject to all parties involved in the same, including buyers, who waive any other jurisdiction to which, for the benefit of their present or future domicile, or any other circumstance that may apply to them.  

7. Applicable Law: This Service shall be deemed to be issued under the laws of the Republic of Mexico. In the absence of express provision in these terms and conditions and / or for the purposes of any type of interpretation to be made, the participant accepts that they will be subject to the interpretation and decision of Estafeta, and / or where appropriate, to the current regulations. 

The foregoing is based on articles 7, 77 and 86 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.
